Academy Philosophy

Our goal is to provide lacrosse players of all skill levels a professional environment where they can have fun and improve their skills every day. Our focus is on developing proper technique that is essential at a young age, when the players are most impressionable.
 

Academy Head Coach

Carly Ritchlin

The academy is directed by SUNY Geneseo Women’s Coach, Carly Ritchlin. Carly will be entering her eighth year at the helm and has posted a record of 76-34.

A 2001 graduate of SUNY Cortland, Ritchlin was a four year player and two year starter and captain for the nationally competitive Red Dragons. Ritchlin helped Cortland to a record of 53-16, three SUNYAC titles and three NCAA Division III championship appearances in her four seasons. A two-time All-SUNYAC selection, she holds the school record for assists in a season with 33, is third in career assists with 66 and stands 17th in career points with 118.
