  Play on boarded fields is 6v6 (including keeper).
Prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd place.

To Register:
Please complete the following steps for your registration: 

1. Note: Registration dates are listed below.  Early registrations will not be accepted. 

Registration is on a first come, first serve basis.

2. Submit a completed registration form with a $200, non-refundable, deposit (click here to download).

3. The balance of the team fee is due before the start of your game on week two.  If not received, your team may be removed from the league.

4. Before your first game, the following information MUST be submitted to TSE or your team will forfeit the game in the standings:

· Signed and completed Facility Waiver Form

· Signed Code of Conduct

 

Manager/Team Captain is responsible for his/her team.
