Chris Muhleisen, NSCA-CPT

Chris is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  He is also enrolled at SUNY Brockport working towards a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, and hopefully enroll in a graduate program in Physical Therapy.  He is interested in pushing the human body to its limits, and understanding the mechanisms behind how this can occur.  Specifically, Chris is interested in functional training approaches, injury prevention and nutrition. Prior to TSE, Chris was a member of High Point University’s Recreation Staff, encouraging an active lifestyle to college students.  Overall, Chris tries to stay as up-to-date and well-read on fitness information as possible; and always looks forward to helping people from a plethora of different backgrounds.  He tries to live by the mantra, “When your mind says no, you’re only 40% into what you’re capable of doing. The only thing standing in the way of our goals is the limits we put on ourselves.”
