Academy Head Coach, Mike Dwaileebe

Coach Dwaileebe grew up locally playing high school baseball at Spencerport, and went on to play at the collegiate level at Division III Clarkson University. He has coached locally for over 29 years at almost every age level of amateur baseball.. He was an assistant coach for the Genesee Valley Riverbats in 2005 and a member of the New York State Collegiate Baseball League, a summer wood bat league for college players.

Mike is currently in his 4th year as assistant baseball coach at Northstar Christian Academy. He also is an instructor with the John Valle Baseball Hitting League for over 6 years. Mike also runs the Microbaseball Program at Total Sports Experience.

Mike has a passion for teaching baseball, using positive reinforcement techniques encouraging and challenging players to develop skills suited to their abilities and potential. He stresses character building to develop well-rounded athletes, not just the skilled athlete.
