Program
Philosophy
Our goal is to
provide lacrosse players of all skill levels a professional
environment where they can have fun and improve their skills every
day. Our focus is on developing proper technique that
is essential at a
young age, when players are most impressionable.
Academy
Head Coach: Tim Soudan
The academy is directed by longtime Rochester Knighthawk and
Rattler player, Tim Soudan. Coach Soudan played
professional lacrosse for 15 years. He is in the top
five of all-time leaders in almost every statistical
category with the Knighthawks, including games played, goals
and assists. He retired from the Rattlers in June 2005
and the Knighthawks in January 2006. Coach Soudan
is currently the Assistant General Manager of the
Knighthawks and teaches Physical Education in the Fairport School
District.

helmet, mouthguard, gloves, arm, shoulder and rib pads
