Maria Furstoss

Maria received her Associates Degree from Monroe Community College in Massage Therapy, and received her personal training certifications while in the program.  She is in good standing as a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer as well as certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Group Fitness Instructor.  She plans on continuing her education by earning a degree in nutrition to help better serve her clients. Presently, she is working with the Rochester Raging Rhinos and in a private clinic as a Massage Therapist.  Maria is a triathlete and believes that you will feel healthier if you keep your body in the best shape it can be.  She has worked with clients of all fitness capacities and helped them to reach their goal of training for that next triathlon or those new to the fitness world wanting to be healthy.  Maria can motivate and help you enjoy your workouts.  Her mantra is “If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live?” Author unknown.

 

Kaylee Moody

Kaylee received her Bachelors Degree from Kent State University in Physical Education, with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching.  She completed an internship with the Kent State Athletics Strength and Conditioning Program where she worked closely with the volleyball, wrestling, and men and women’s golf teams.  She has worked for developmental camps through USA Hockey and Kent Hockey Schools as a Dryland Coordinator.  Kaylee has a passion for working with athletes and anyone who is dedicated to achieving their fitness goals.  If you are an athlete looking for pre-season, in-season, or off-season sport specific training, or someone who is looking to get into shape then Kaylee is the trainer for you!

 

Keith O'Connor

Keith received his Bachelors Degree from Marymount University in Health and Fitness.  Keith was the assistant coach of the Plattsburgh State University women’s soccer team and worked with their athletes, faculty and staff.  He was the head coach of the Seton Catholic Academy girl’s soccer team & won sectionals during that time.  More recently, Keith worked with youth, high school, college, and professional athletes while employed at Athletic Republic in Rochester.  He is currently the assistant coach of Empire United U-15 boy’s soccer team in Rochester and works with the area’s youth, high school and college athletes at Total Sports Experience.  Keith enjoys working with a variety of people and tries to integrate fun into all workouts.  He also enjoys maintaining a positive attitude and has a passion for helping others reach their goals. He works hard to keep workouts simple, specific and progressive!

 

Katie Schweinfurth

Katie received her Bachelors Degree from SUNY Brockport in Physical Education, with a concentration in exercise physiology and a minor in coaching. She also completed an internship with Advantage Sports Performance. She is a New York State certified coach, specializing in softball. She is currently the modified A (freshman) softball coach at Brockport High School.  Katie played four years of collegiate softball, starting her college career at Division II Lander University in South Carolina and finishing at Division III SUNY Brockport.  She has worked with several sports clinics and camps as well. What drives Katie is helping people reach their fitness goals and accomplish achievements beyond their initial expectations, with the help of her motivation and training. Katie is confident that she can help any of our members in striving towards a healthier lifestyle and feeling great!
