TSE Fitness Fitness Specialists
Katie Schweinfurth Katie received her Bachelors Degree from SUNY Brockport in Physical Education, with a concentration in exercise physiology and a minor in coaching. She also completed an internship with Advantage Sports Performance. She is a New York State certified coach, specializing in softball. She is currently the modified A (freshman) softball coach at Brockport High School. Katie played four years of collegiate softball, starting her college career at Division II Lander University in South Carolina and finishing at Division III SUNY Brockport. She has worked with several sports clinics and camps as well. What drives Katie is helping people reach their fitness goals and accomplish achievements beyond their initial expectations, with the help of her motivation and training. Katie is confident that she can help any of our members in striving towards a healthier lifestyle and feeling great!
Danielle Ambeau Danielle received her Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Brockport in Physical Education, with a concentration in exercise physiology and a minor in chemistry. She is interning with a cardiac rehabilitation facility this summer, and working on her RN to further a career in cardiac rehabilitation. She has personal trained students at SUNY Brockport, which included writing up plans for all types of athletes, students, and even some professors! She played four years of varsity level soccer, is currently a referee for youth leagues in Rochester, and still plays in competitive soccer leagues in the area. She is an avid runner, and is training to compete in a half marathon and eventually the Boston Marathon! Danielle has worked in the fitness industry for five years, and would love to help you reach your health and fitness goals. Mike Scott Mike received his Bachelors Degree from SUNY Brockport in Physical Education. He previously trained clients at World Gym Rochester where he received experience in training high school and collegiate athletes, and also enjoyed assisting older members in meeting their fitness and strength goals. Mike’s current training centers around bodybuilding, but his interests and experience span many other training types. If you feel stalled in some facet of your development, be it fat loss, strength or muscle tone he can give you what you need to keep pushing your fitness to a higher level.
